Terms of service

Last updated November 1, 2026. These terms are between ArtKam Stone, New Jersey ("we") and the shop that signs up for ArtKam Estimator at app.artkamstone.com ("you").

The subscription

• ArtKam Estimator is a monthly subscription: $79 per person per month, billed to the shop. Shops that entered the code FOUNDING when they started their trial pay $59 per person per month for as long as the subscription stays active.
• It renews every month until you cancel. Adding or removing a person changes the next bill; Stripe charges or credits the part of the month that is left.
• The shop owner cancels anytime from Manage subscription. The subscription then ends at the end of the month you have paid for. We don't refund part months.
• The free trial lasts 14 days and needs no card. If no card is added, the trial ends and nothing is charged. One free trial per shop and per owner.
• Payments are handled by Stripe. We may change the price with at least 30 days' notice by email; the founding price stays as long as your subscription does.

Your jobs

Your jobs, drawings and price lists are yours. We keep them in your shop's cloud so your team can use them, and we don't sell them. If the subscription stops, they stay saved; subscribe again and they're there. You can ask us to delete your shop's data at any time.

The numbers are yours to check

ArtKam Estimator is a tool. It measures what you draw, at the scale you confirm, and prices it with the rates you set. You are responsible for checking every dimension, scale, slab count and price before you send a quote or cut stone. We are not liable for lost profits, wrong quotes, or material or labor costs that come from using the app. Our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

Fair use

One account per person; don't share sign-ins. Don't try to break, copy or resell the app. Cloud storage is included within fair use (about 25 GB per person).

Changes and law

We may update these terms; we'll email you about important changes. New Jersey law applies.
